Second quarter new employee training held by the company

On the afternoon of July 25, the human resources department of the company, together with the administration and enterprise management department and the safety supervision department, carried out induction training for 13 new employees to help them get familiar with the working environment, adapt to the new position, further understand the pearl culture and quickly integrate into the Pearl family.

This induction training provides a learning platform for new employees and encourages their career growth. Through watching the enterprise propaganda film, staff self introduction, communication and other ways, the distance between the staff and the enterprise is drawn in, and mutual understanding and friendship are enhanced.

Lu Yali, Minister of the administration and business management department, briefly introduced the corporate culture of Pearl and focused on the promotion and implementation of the company's labor discipline and assessment regulations. Ji Xue, deputy director of human resources department, explained the company's salary and welfare, training and promotion and other personnel processes. Zhou Yueliang, Minister of safety supervision department, emphasized nine safety instructions for employees, and analyzed safety accident cases.

It is hoped that through training, new members of Pearl family can be integrated into the team as soon as possible, realize their own value in their jobs, and add new wings to the development and expansion of pearl.
