——Pearl cable successfully held the 19th marketing management promotion training


From July 13 to 14, the 19th marketing management promotion training of Pearl cable was successfully held in Yangxian tea culture ecological park. Chairman Zhang Naiming and general manager Liu Hongbin of the company, together with all middle and senior managers, and more than 100 sales elites attended the training.


Zhang Naiming, chairman of the board of directors of the company, made a class opening mobilization speech and put forward three learning requirements for the students: first, to learn to cultivate one's self, to learn to know; second, to unite is strong, to be isolated is weak; third, to build virtue first, to build people-oriented.

    In addition to the business and skills training and other hot topics concerned by managers, this training course also includes team development training, traditional culture and economic situation analysis training.

                                On the morning of the 14th, the marketing manager attended the meeting and had a physical examination.

    During the whole training process, the trainees are enthusiastic, engaged, active in speech and interaction, and timely submit their learning experience. The training activity also selected, commended and rewarded the trainees.

    At the closing ceremony, Han Yonghong, vice president of marketing, made a brief summary of the achievements in the first half of the year.
