Introduction:

With the gradual increase of the single fan capacity, the structure of the fan unit is diversified; the mainstream models on land are developing to 2-3mw, and the mainstream models on sea are developing from 3MW to more than 5MW, with which the low-temperature and medium voltage wind energy cables with rated voltage of 26 / 35kV and below are used.

The product has excellent anti torsion, anti bending, anti tearing, wear-resistant, flame-retardant and low temperature resistance, as well as stable transmission performance and long service life, with excellent comprehensive performance index, compact structure, convenient use and simple maintenance.

Purpose:

This product is mainly used to connect the high voltage side of the medium voltage transformer at the rear of the engine room and the medium voltage switch cabinet at the bottom of the tower of the wind turbine generator. It can meet the operation requirements of 3MW ~ 5MW large capacity wind turbine.

Characteristic:

1. Rated voltage of cable: 3.6/6kv ~ 26 / 35kV 2. Low ambient temperature of cable: - 40 ℃ 3. High working temperature of cable conductor: 90 ℃. 4. In case of short circuit (no more than 5S), the high working temperature of cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ℃. 5. The cable has excellent torsion resistance, bending resistance, tear resistance, wear resistance, flame resistance and low temperature resistance, as well as stable transmission performance and long service life.
