Introduction:

The cable connecting the photovoltaic cell and the AC / DC inverter is the photovoltaic cable. This product is made of low smoke and halogen-free materials by using advanced irradiation crosslinking technology. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, ozone resistance, UV short-time overload resistance, long service life, wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, etc.

Purpose:

It is suitable for single core flexible cable (wire) with high allowable DC voltage of 1.8kv (core to core, non grounded system) and DC side in photovoltaic system. The product is suitable for class II safety level. The ambient temperature of cable operation is as high as 90 ℃, and multiple cables can be used in parallel.

Characteristic:

1. Rated voltage of cable: AC: U0 / u: 0.6/1kv, u0dc: 1500V (conductor ground); 2. Large allowable voltage: dc1.8kv (conductor conductor, no load); 3. Temperature range: ambient temperature: - 40 ℃ to + 90 ℃ (movable or fixed) conductor high temperature: 120 ℃, conductor temporary overload up to + 200 ℃. 4. The bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 4 times of the outer diameter of the cable. 5. The cable thermal life shall not be less than 25 years. 6. The cable is halogen-free and flame retardant, and its performance conforms to 2pfg 1169 and 2pfg 1990. 7. The cable has excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and ozone resistance, and can withstand a wider range of temperature changes (for example, from - 40 ℃ to + 90 ℃). 8.
